Additionally, Microsoft has infused the Share button into the taskbar, allowing users to right-click on pinned items and swiftly share recently accessed files from that location.

The Share UI in Windows 11 is designed as an integrated feature that enables users to quickly share content from various apps or files. Upon clicking the Share button, a window appears showcasing multiple sharing options, which can include email, nearby devices, and installed apps like X. This system is intended to ease the process of distributing files, links, and text.
