Microsoft Bookings Launches Real-Time Queue Experience for Effective Appointment Management

Microsoft’s booking platform, designed for managing meetings and appointments, is set to feature enhanced capabilities that allow users to track and oversee scheduled events in real-time.

Particularly beneficial for managers, this platform enables the creation and viewing of appointments, as well as the option to dispatch email reminders and SMS alerts to participants and staff.

In conjunction with appointment scheduling, Microsoft Teams has also unveiled Microsoft Places, offering users the convenience of reserving office spaces independently, without managerial assistance.

The upgraded Queue feature in Bookings allows both users and schedulers to monitor the status of all planned in-person and virtual meetings effectively. Users can effortlessly create or check on appointments and send reminders via email or text notifications to staff and attendees.
