According to customer reports, Microsoft has been informed of devices restarting multiple times or becoming unresponsive, showing blue or green screens after the installation of the September 2024 non-security preview update (KB5043145). It appears that some devices automatically trigger the Automatic Repair tool following repeated reboot attempts. This tool is designed to diagnose and repair common issues that may prevent your device from booting correctly. In some instances, BitLocker recovery may also be initiated.
