1] Review and Adjust Messaging Policies

• Sign in to the Microsoft Teams admin center and navigate to Teams > Teams Update Policies from the side menu. Click on Global (Org-wide default).
• Activate the ON toggle for Show Preview Features to enable emoji functionality.

2] Clear App Cache and Reset Teams Application

• Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner and select the Sign Out option to exit the app.
• Open the Run dialogue by pressing Windows + R, then type %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams and click OK.
• Delete all items in the folder that appears, then restart the app and log in again.
