Windows 11 and 10 feature a unique power plan called “Ultimate Performance,” tailored for maximum efficiency in demanding applications like gaming or video production. The “Ultimate Performance” plan is an advancement of the “High Performance” plan and offers further modifications to reduce power management interruptions, leading to decreased stuttering and improved stability in performance. This configuration is particularly advantageous for high-demand tasks, including video editing, 3D modeling, and any activities requiring the utmost CPU efficiency and reactivity.
Initially available exclusively in the Windows 10 Pro for Workstations edition, this power scheme can now be activated manually on any version of Windows 10 (version 1803 or later) and Windows 11 via the PowerCFG command.

Activating Ultimate Performance via PowerShell
