Mobile Outlook Update: Add Your Preferred Pronouns to Your Profile Soon

The mobile version of Outlook is set to receive significant enhancements aimed at enriching the user experience with new features on the account profile card. These improvements will introduce a reachability panel, the option for a hybrid location, and support for adding preferred pronouns.

As outlined in the most recent update to the Microsoft 365 Roadmap, this revamped profile card will be applicable for both Android and iOS users. Notably, this update will substitute the current events panel with a calendar view within the application.

To see the detailed information, you can check the official description:

While users have had the ability to input their preferred pronouns in Outlook for some time, this functionality has yet to be available in the mobile app. However, with the upcoming update, Microsoft plans to extend this feature to Outlook for Mobile as well.

This enhancement will be launched as a preview in January 2025, with a broader rollout expected by February 2025.

In addition, Outlook for Mobile recently introduced an option for users to select their favorite fonts, allowing for greater customization in email correspondence.

On the Outlook profile card for both Android and iOS, users will soon find the reachability panel, hybrid location options, and the feature to add pronouns (view only). Moreover, the existing events panel will be replaced by a calendar interface.
