Spotify has introduced an exciting feature that enables users to design their cover art for playlists. With the newly added ‘Create cover art’ tool, you can personalize an image by adding style, color, and special effects.

How to Create Playlist Cover Art on Spotify for Android and iOS

  1. Access your playlist and click on the three-dot menu adjacent to it.
  2. Choose Create cover art.

  3. Select the image you wish to use for your playlist when prompted.
  4. You can modify multiple aspects, such as text styles, color schemes, effects, background colors, add stickers, and mask images.

  5. When you’re satisfied, click Save in the upper right corner.

This feature is currently in a beta phase but should be accessible as long as you maintain the Spotify app’s latest version. It is available on the mobile app for users on both Android and iOS.

This update comes shortly after YouTube Music provided a similar option for uploading cover art images to playlists. However, Spotify users had this capability even before, and now with the addition of customizable cover art, Spotify has enhanced its offerings once more. However, users are still eagerly awaiting the introduction of Lossless audio quality.
