Edge Dev 130.0.2835.2 Introduces Customizable Browser Experience Using Personal Photos

Microsoft has rolled out the 130.0.2835.2 build to Edge insiders within the Dev Channel. This build’s standout feature is the ability to upload custom images for the appearance page, allowing users to personalize their Microsoft Edge browser experience with their own images.

Additionally, the 130.0.2835.2 build introduces a revamped loading icon for PDFs on Android devices. It also addresses several bugs, including crashes that could occur when logging into a different Microsoft Account (MSA) on iOS and issues arising from installing the Dark Reader extension on Android, among others.

Recently, the Redmond-based tech giant announced updates to the Edge Settings page (which feature a new structure but no new functionalities). The latest build in the Dev Channel appears to enhance these improvements further.

The Settings banner that occasionally appears on the page is now displayed only once. Furthermore, a problem where a new group was created successfully while the previously created group became ungrouped has been resolved.

For a detailed overview, read the full changelog of Edge 130.0.2835.2.
